Case Study — Social Media · 2022

SocialTakafol

A charity that has helped Egyptian families since 1957 needed a feed that feels like a helping hand, not a donation form: sunny yellow for hope, the logo's green for trust, and real families at the centre of every post.

The brief

The organisation supports families most in need across all 27 governorates: widows, orphans, chronic illness, marriage support, disaster relief and small-project loans. The posts had to announce Eid aid, mark national occasions and remind people how to reach the organisation.

02

The approach

A fixed system from the logo: a yellow-to-orange background, a green curve that frames the image, the heart-and-wheat logo at the top and a white bar at the bottom with the 15174 hotline, the Fawry payment mark and the website. Inside it, real families, envelopes of cash and grocery baskets tell the story without long text.

03

The result

Five campaign boards, from Eid al-Adha aid and new Eid clothes to the 30 June anniversary and the monthly food basket, that read instantly as one trusted organisation.

When the audience is a family waiting for help, the design has to feel like good news before anyone reads a word.
